Shipping policy

United Kingdom

​Standard delivery: 3-5 days. We are able to deliver to UK mainland and Northern Ireland.
Orders received before 6pm will be processed the same day. Orders received after 6pm will be processed the following day (excluding Sunday). Standard or express delivery is via Royal Mail. 
Bulky orders and expedited delivery orders will be sent by Royal Mail and may require a signature.
Where applicable you will be advised of the tracking number (if applicable) once your order is dispatched.
Please note we cannot guarantee delivery times to remote addresses.

​Europe: 7-10 business days.

USA, Canada & Rest of the World: 7-21 business days.

​We are able to offer delivery to most international destinations. If you are unsure about delivery to your destination, please contact us prior to placing your order. Most international orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked service.

Bulky orders may be sent by an alternative courier. A signature may be required (if applicable). Where applicable, you will be advised of the tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Please note, import taxes and duties are NOT under ALPHA AND OMEGA responsibilities and may be required at some destinations outside United Kingdom. It is your responsibility to pay all the custom charges in your respective country. These charges are at the discretion of customs in the destination country and unfortunately we cannot be liable for any additional charges incurred. You may wish to contact your local customs office for more information prior to placing your order.
