I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact me within: 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

We don’t accept cancellations

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

 Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Online orders

​We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, however if you decide you would like to return an item for an exchange or refund, please contact us using the contact form within 14 days of receiving your order.

​​Event orders

​If you would like to return an item purchased or ordered in person at an event, please contact us within 30 days of making your purchase.

You will need your sales receipt as proof of purchase. This would have been sent to you immediately by text or e-mail. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns without this receipt. Order invoices cannot be accepted as proof of purchase or price paid.

International orders

​If you would like to return an order placed from outside of the UK, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

At present we are unable to cover the cost of return postage, but we may be able to advise on how to return the garment to us. If an exchange is requested, it will be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving your returned garment, FREE of charge where possible. Please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
